Hybrid Energy.
Distributed Intelligence.
One Node.
Aurivolt builds hybrid energy nodes that generate electricity, recover heat and run high-density compute in a single compact system. Power, heat, cooling and compute—engineered into one coherent machine.
What Aurivolt Is
Aurivolt replaces diesel generators, boiler rooms, chillers and isolated server racks with a single, integrated energy-compute node. Each unit orchestrates generation, cooling and compute as one system—low-noise, high-efficiency and grid-aware by design.
Power
High-efficiency generation with integrated waste-heat capture and battery stabilisation.
Cooling
Immersion-cooled compute feeding into heat recovery loops for buildings and processes.
Compute
HPC-ready racks optimised for edge, AI and distributed workloads, directly coupled to the energy core.
Why It Matters
Buildings waste two-thirds of the energy they touch. Data-centres waste the rest.
Aurivolt stitches both systems together into a circular loop that feeds itself instead of the atmosphere.
The Trigen Node
The Aurivolt Trigen Node is a sealed, modular energy-compute unit available in 100 kW, 1 MW and 5 MW variants. Each node delivers power, heat, cooling and compute in a tightly choreographed cycle controlled by the MOA distributed engine.
Technical specification and full stack documentation are provided under NDA.
Machine-Organism Architecture
MOA is Aurivolt's distributed control system. Rather than centralised orchestration, each node runs autonomous decision loops that respond to local conditions while coordinating with neighbouring nodes through lightweight mesh protocols.
Adaptive
Nodes adjust generation, cooling and compute in real-time based on demand signals, weather forecasts and grid pricing.
Self-Regulating
Distributed control loops with no single point of failure. If one node underperforms, others absorb the load with minimal impact.
Networked
Nodes communicate to share load, optimize across the cluster and provide grid services like frequency response and demand flexibility.
Digital Metabolism™
Energy systems should behave like living organisms—sensing, adapting, recycling. Digital Metabolism™ orchestrates power generation, heat recovery, cooling and compute allocation as a unified metabolic cycle.
Just as living organisms regulate energy intake, conversion and waste removal in response to demand, stress and available resources...
...Aurivolt nodes orchestrate power generation, heat recovery, cooling and compute allocation as a unified metabolic cycle—responsive, circular and self-optimising.
Energy Sensing
Continuous monitoring of generation, demand and storage state across electrical, thermal and computational domains.
Resource Cycling
Waste heat becomes cooling input; excess power charges batteries; compute workloads shift to match available capacity.
Predictive Control
Anticipates load patterns, weather changes and grid signals to pre-emptively adjust the energy mix and minimize waste.
FluxSkin Adaptive PV
FluxSkin is a new class of photovoltaic skin designed for curved surfaces and dynamic shading structures. It couples photovoltaic conversion with micro-tracking behaviour, designed to move with the building envelope instead of sitting on top of it.
Swarm-Grade Availability
Every node can operate in isolation or as part of a distributed swarm. Nodes share compute workloads, balance energy flows and stabilise local grids, turning clusters of buildings into resilient micro-infrastructure.
Resilient
Nodes mesh together for fault tolerance and graceful degradation.
Grid-Aware
Supports demand response, islanding and smart export strategies.
Workload Agile
From standard cloud workloads to AI-heavy and HPC applications.
